At HETAI, long shafts are packaged in batches to ensure safe handling and transportation. First, we bundle the shafts together using cable ties, with 10–50 pieces per bundle, depending on their size and specifications. Each bundle is then wrapped in plastic film for additional protection. Finally, the wrapped bundles are placed in heavy-duty corrugated cardboard cartons, with 2–4 bundles per carton. This packaging method helps keep the long shafts organized, reduces movement during transportation, and protects the products from scratches and damage.
